About me and my practice
I offer a free consultation call before your session so you can find out a little bit more about what type of therapy I have to offer. Each person has different needs and wants in life and I work with in a bespoke way with you to meet them.
As an integrative trained counsellor I have many tools I am able to work with, but always with you and your needs in mind.
Experience
I am fully qualified to work with adults and children (11+) and have been for over 4 years now.
Working with anxiety, depression, stress, relationships (but not couples therapy), trauma, coaching, psychodynamic work.
I am also a BACP registered counsellor.
